Participatory live painting at the restaurant La Corniche in Pyla-sur-Mer
To celebrate its expansion into numerous countries across the globe, the Technology and Digital Investment Company Partech decided to call on artists from Street Designers to create a memorable participatory artwork.
It is in the luxurious restaurant of the’5-star hotel LaCo(o)rniche, located opposite the Dune of Pilat in Pyla-sur-Mer, is where the event took place. After carefully listening to the client's brief, the artist Scred, from the’artistic events and creative team-building agency StreetDesigners, ingeniously devised a model on which would be represented the iconic monuments of the cities and countries where the brand is established.
Initially, the sixty-two employees present first practised spray paint illustration during the cocktail aperitif, set against this idyllic seaside backdrop. Once the street art technique had been assimilated, participants, working at their tables, decorated two canvases during dinner.
The work was filled with symbolic elements such as the galleon on the left, which allegorically represents navigation to these different sites, the central Eiffel Tower, Tintin's rocket, the Chinese dragon or the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco on the right, which signifies paying homage to the birthplace of the Partech Company.
Once the canvases had been completed and assembled, the associates were able to joyfully discover the result of this fresco created together, which skillfully reflects the international dimension of their company.
