Forget traditional seminars: it's time for an original activity that will surprise, bring together, and energise your teams. The Pop Art team building invites your colleagues to illustrate your themes or values slipping into the skin of artists inspired by Warhol, Haring or Lichtenstein.

The programme includes: vibrant painting, stylised shapes, Brainstorming your values thematic and, above all, the creation of a mural where everyone contributes in their own way. This creative workshop, both fun and professional, promotes communication, stimulates team spirit and values each member's potential. In an energetic atmosphere, your colleagues find themselves expressing their ideas, collaborating, and taking on a collective challenge that leaves a lasting memory. It’s more than just artistic entertainment: it’s a powerful way to strengthen cohesion, to transform your premises into a cultural space, and to make your next corporate event a memorable one.

At Street Designers, we have designed the Pop Art corporate team-building workshop as a creative, visual and collaborative interlude in the midst of everyday life. Working in teams, participants start with a blank page, drawing on a theme or the company’s values, and then create canvases inspired by the codes of Pop Art. Everything is designed to ensure that everyone contributes their ideas and expresses themselves in their own way. Our artist coaches will guide you throughout the whole creation process and help you bring your ideas to life.

What does a team Pop Art painting workshop involve?

The animation starts with a brief introduction to the Pop Art movement and the world of Keith Haring. Our artists share their influences, some iconic works, and the main principles of composition. Then, it's time for creation. Each group (around ten people) chooses a common theme or values. These are often linked to your company values, your brand's universe, or the subject of the seminar.

From there, everyone finds their place: some draw, others imagine the composition, still others suggest colours or prepare the background. The objective? Design and paint a collective team fresco in the style of pop artists. The group is guided by our street-artist coaches, who are there to support, provide guidance, help you illustrate your ideas and stimulate the desire to create.

The activity lasts approximately 2 hours, and concluding with a friendly get-together where each group unveils their creation. These canvases can then be displayed in your premises. A simple way to extend the experience and keep a visible record of it.

Why offer a Pop Art team building event for your staff?

Because it's sometimes necessary to break away from traditional formats to connect in a different way. The Pop Art workshop allows your teams to come together for a creative activity, free from pressure, hierarchy, or judgment. Everyone participates according to their desires and abilities. The important thing is the result, which reflects your thoughts and ideas brought to life on the canvases.

Art acts here as a subtle lever: it sets ideas in motion, opens discussion, and brings forth unexpected viewpoints. And Pop Art, in particular, embodies this energy: accessible, direct, playful, but always meaningful. It's a strong, immediate graphic style that invites you to take a stand, to tell a story, to assert a message. The characters inspired by Keith Haring carry, push, even support – colour can have meaning in the illustration of your corporate values.

It is also a wonderful way to highlight collective identity. Through the chosen shapes, colours, and words, your collaborators translate what connects them: their team culture, their commitments, their common ground. In business, these moments make all the difference. If you wish to explore a different graphic approach, inspired by Henri Matisse, also discover our Paper mural team building.

Where and how does the Pop Art team building take place?

We operate throughout France: in Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lille, and in neighbouring towns. The workshop can take place:

  • at your premises Business (meeting room, internal event space)
  • in an external venue hired for the occasion (hotel, seminar space, cultural centre)
  • outdoors, if conditions permit

We'll bring all the necessary materials: canvases, paints, table protectors, Posca acrylic markers… The setup takes about an hour on average. We use environmentally friendly products, suitable for all audiences.

Each session is designed for groups of 10 to 600 participants. The format is fully adaptable, whether you'd like a short version, an ongoing activity throughout your seminar, or a more in-depth session focusing on a specific topic.

What happens to the frescoes that are created?

The Pop Art frescoes painted during the workshop belong to your teams. They can be:

•displayed in your workspaces

•offered to collaborators as a souvenir

• used in your internal materials (newsletter, posters, presentations)

in modules to decorate different services

It is a concrete extension of the workshop. The canvas becomes a visual marker of the shared moment. By looking at it again, everyone can recall the atmosphere of the day, the discussions, the joy of creating together.

What if we went further than simple animation?

At Street Designers, we don’t deliver off-the-shelf solutions. Every project is designed in consultation with you, based on your objectives, your circumstances and your budget. The workshop can be integrated into a seminar day, a kick-off, a project launch, or a team celebration.

Our trainer artists are also there to adapt to group dynamics, encourage the most reserved to express themselves, adjust the level of expectation, and above all, ensure that everyone enjoys themselves.

We are convinced that art is a tremendous playground for the professional world. Because it calls on other skills. Because it pauses urgency. Because it sometimes allows us to work better together… without it seeming like it.

We have the answers

The Pop Art activity is a genuine team-building exercise designed to foster team cohesion. It was created by Street Designers in 2006 to encourage participants to explore their values and create a vibrant, colourful piece of pop art that holds meaning for the company. This activity encourages creativity, strengthens team cohesion and offers a fun, collaborative way to engage with art.

In a world where everything moves so quickly, the benefits of creative team building are considerable. They allow us to reconnect, to create together, and to communicate better with a long-term goal. Furthermore, painting has a meditative and relaxing effect that is beneficial.

We operate at your premises or at the event venue hired for the occasion.

Yes, we are required to work throughout the entire territory as well as in neighbouring countries such as Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, or Spain. We are also able to assist you with MICE / Incentive events in more distant countries.

Yes, that is entirely possible.

Generally, you should allow 1.5 to 2m² per person. The workshop is table-based. Chairs are not required. However, we do not provide tables. Please arrange for 1 table per 10 people.

Yes, we cover the tables to protect them. There is no need to cover the floor, as we have revised our process to make it more eco-responsible. For this, we use gouache-based markers, which allows for the elimination of plastic coverings.

When we invented this animation in 2006, we used brushes and acrylic paint, which required a tarpaulin on the floor.

In a bid to improve ecology and eco-responsibility, we are now using Poscas or Molotow type markers, thus reducing our plastic waste.

Street Designers is, first and foremost, a team of friends from the graffiti scene; we all have at least 20 years’ experience in this field. Most of us exhibit in galleries and create large-scale murals. In short, it’s a genuine collaboration and a bridge between the art world and the business world.

  • It takes 2 hours.
  • If requested, we can extend to 2:30.

Generally, allow 30 minutes, depending on the complexity of access and the room configuration.

The activity can be adapted for groups of various sizes, from 10 to over 300 people.

Yes, French, English and Spanish are the 3 available languages.

Our animation is all-inclusive! We take care of everything. Participants don't need to prepare anything.

The workshop is accessible for people with reduced mobility and for pregnant women.

The Pop Art team building animation allows, through our process of:

  • Stimulate creativity and teamwork
  • Improve cohesion and team spirit
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration between colleagues
  • Bring a quirky and unusual touch to your day and your work environment

Each creation made as a team can be assembled with the other creations to make a giant fresco that can be displayed at your premises.

You can also choose to separate each piece of the mural to adorn different walls in your office spaces.

This works in both cases, because an array is equal to a value or a theme.
