What if your waste became works of art?
In a world where every recycled material can become a creative resource, Recycl’Art transforms recycling into an artistic and collective activity. At the intersection of upcycling, DIY, and ecological commitment, this workshop invites your teams to create a unique piece from salvaged materials: paper, cardboard, plastic bottles, wood, fabrics, packaging, bottle caps, and other everyday treasures.

An artistic and sustainable team-building activity using reclaimed materials.

Nowadays, consumption generates tonnes of waste. Recycl'Art offers an inspiring alternative: transforming your waste into collective and artistic works. And why not offer companies the chance to carry out the activity using their own waste? By explaining to them a few weeks in advance which materials to keep for use during the workshop, the experience becomes even more concrete and engaging. This team-building workshop, created by our teams, combines imagination, upcycling and an awareness of the circular economy and ecological transition, by giving each material a second life. The idea is to create a relief painting from recycled materials: cardboard, fabrics, plastics, papers, wood, adhesives, etc., as during our collaboration with Hermès, where offcuts of the brand's squares and leather have been transformed into an artistic mural. Your collaborators become artists, exploring new forms, assembling and gluing, painting and sculpting, to create together a work that reflects their energy, their connection and their commitment.

Through this activity, accessible to everyone, teams develop their imagination while anchoring a strong message: produce less, reuse better, create differently. The objective? To show that recycling is not only practical but also meaningful, capable of valuing collective work while raising awareness about protecting the planet.

Inspired by upcycling and street art practices, the Recycl'Art workshop showcases reclamation as a creative playground to reveal ideas, unexpected combinations, and a fresh perspective on everyday objects. Most importantly, it's an activity that brings people together.

What's the idea behind the Recycl'Art team building event?

This is about creating a collective artwork from second-hand materials, repurposed from their original use. And to achieve this, no artistic skills or sophisticated equipment are needed. The workshop is based on three key stages:

• the choice of recycled materials for our art shop located in the hall

• The creative assembly on rigid support made available to each team

• Presentation of the creations made by each team.

All framed by our professional artists and driven by a desire to cooperate differently. Participants explore, discuss, propose, and test. The result takes shape through spontaneity, laughter, and resourcefulness.

What is the outline of the Recycl’Art team building event?

The animation lasts approximately two hours. It begins with a visual brief that provides creative guidelines, shows examples, and establishes a theme (your values, a keyword, a symbol, or a company-specific topic). Then, teams select their materials, brainstorm and agree on the composition, test textures, adjust, glue, and paint. The collective artwork is thus built up gradually.

In the end, each group will present their work. The charts can be hung in your offices, or used as exhibition aids.

What are the benefits for your business?

Recycl’Art unites teams around a project that is both creative and committed. The experience leaves a lasting impression as it is based on familiar objects transformed into mediums of expression. It therefore promotes initiative, mutual listening, and collective enthusiasm. It also allows you to showcase your CSR commitments in a concrete and visual way.

The workshop conveys a strong message: reduce waste production, extend the lifespan of objects, and give a new lease of life to end-of-life materials.

A mural made from waste becomes a far more impactful tool for raising awareness than a speech that is sometimes abstract or quickly forgotten. It embodies your values on your walls.

Where is the recycling workshop taking place?

The Recycl’Art workshop can be held on your premises, in a seminar room, or outdoors depending on the season. It is odourless and produces no toxic emissions: perfect for shared spaces or indoor venues. Furthermore, all materials are provided by Street Designers, including the recycled items.

An eco-responsible animation designed for your highlights

Creative recycling is now established as a concrete way to combine innovation, responsibility, and artistic expression. By adopting the principles of upcycling and creative recycling, your company can not only reduce its waste but also generate strong human, emotional, and ecological value.

With Recycl'Art, every recovered item – whether it’s a tin can, a wooden board, packaging or an old pencil – becomes a meaningful resource. Far from theoretical discourse, this immersive activity fosters cooperation, collective pride and the long-term embedding of your CSR commitments.
