Street Art Tour Paris

Space Invader, Mr Chat, C215, Obey, Jace, and Levalet. Discover the city through the lens of street art!

«To err is human, to stroll is Parisian,» said the great Victor Hugo. And for good reason: in Paris, at the turn of almost every alleyway, impromptu works of art are hidden or displayed without complex. From aesthetic anarch(art)y, from marvellous chaos that shakes up our grey urban languor with its flamboyant colours and graphics. Murals by Basquiat, stencils by Miss.Tic or Jef Aérosol, anonymous metropolitan tags, pixelated viruses released by Invader or clandestine stickers stuck on traffic signs by Clet Abraham: this is called street art, although we prefer to admire it rather than name it.

In short, Paris is brimming with street art. And not just outdoors, as some bars and restaurants have adopted it into their décor, while several galleries in Paname have made it their speciality. So, to soak up 'urban culture» for free during a stroll or to enjoy this art, characterised by its ephemerality which has nonetheless been the beauty of the city's walls since the 1960s, while sitting back and relaxing, it's this way!

In fact, for several years now we’ve been offering Street Art Tours to help you discover these sometimes hidden works of art. Our guides will reveal the artists’ secrets and the meaning behind their works. A pleasant outing on foot or by bike – the choice is yours!
