Street Designers X Pro BTP: Pop Art Team Building

As part of a day to introduce and onboard their apprentices, Pro BTP, a social protection group serving companies, artisans, employees, apprentices and retirees in the construction sector, has decided to call on us to lead a Team building Pop Art for its apprentices.

The objective of this workshop was to bring students from various Pro BTP agencies together to meet and form connections, but also to better understand the company and its employees. For these purposes, The creative team building seemed tailor-made to strengthen their cohesion while practising an artistic activity..

These are the street artists Jeremy Luks and Jet, both members of our team Artistic coaching but also recognised graffiti artists in the urban art microcosm, who went to the Pro BTP premises, in Noisy-le-Grand, to liven up this colourful day.

Its course of events was as follows. Firstly, The artists presented the workshop and the Pop Art movement, and primarily the approach of Keith Haring, to the forty participants.. They were then asked to to reflect together on the values of the group for which they work, in order to symbolise them in the manner of this American Pop Art figure from the 1970s-1980s.

Divided into subgroups, they then had to to produce a total of eight canvases, which is two per team. Once the whole thing has been completed, it's time to presenting the opposing teams with their achievements, while explaining the symbolic messages.

If you also wish to have items personalised by artists for a marketing campaign or an event evening, to call upon a street artist for a live street art show, to build a DIY table football, to introduce your teams to graffiti, Pop Art, plant graffiti or collaborative fresco during a corporate seminar, or to equip yourselves with a mural that reflects your values, there's only one thing to do.
