Ideal for developing creativity and communication, this workshop, as addictive as it is convivial, includes an introduction to the basics of Street art Using spray cans, delivered by a professional graffiti artist who is recognised by their peers within this artistic scene. The practical application of the concepts instilled is then practised on a training surface made available in order to assimilate the learned techniques such as gradients, creating relief and producing a fine line, but also with the aim of allowing participants to develop their imagination and give free rein to their personal touch in order to uncover everyone's hidden talents

This is followed by «battles» style challenges in a relaxed and jovial atmosphere. To conclude this introductory day, employees are asked to tackle the Realisation of a collective work. Born in the 1950s before becoming a cultural icon of the following decade, the phenomenon Pop Art It's still all the rage today because of its colourful retro feel and its disruptive approach. This artistic movement, which glorifies everyday objects by diverting products from mass consumer society to transform them into works of art, while also questioning the sanctity and uniqueness of its concept, revolutionised Western artistic practice in the Swinging Sixties. 

Among the most popular artists of this movement, we find names well-known to the general public, such as’Andy Warhol, guru of New York's Factory, and his screen prints of celebrity photos in garish hues, as well as of consumer products such as the now legendary Campbell's tomato soup, or Keith Haring and its colourful characters set against backdrops as primary as they are flashy.

5. Team Building Collaborative Fresco

What's better for strengthening cohesion and mutual support within a team than getting them to paint hand in hand a collaborative street art mural Who will reflect the company's values? 

For this meticulous yet accessible team building, it's a giant fresco something along the lines of what you might find on the façades of buildings in the trendiest neighbourhoods of major cities – this is what the participants will be asked to design. However, there is no need to worry about any damage to your premises, as this original and unifying project involves canvases stuck together, which will be hung as a single, uniform piece. Supervised by the street artists from Street Designers, the budding artists will be divided into teams, each tasked with designing two canvases that will form part of the final artwork. 

So that the assembly is as coherent as possible, teams will not be able to bypass essential communication to ensure the final creation is uniform. Cooperation is therefore an indispensable skill during this workshop, which, however, does not in any way stifle the personal touch that each person would like to bring, as initiative is also an essential element of this common goal. Once the work is completed, it will proudly adorn one of your walls to convey the message you have chosen to symbolise.
