In order to welcome their new employees and accelerate introductions and collaboration in a fun way, the group Tikehau Capital, a pan-European asset manager and investor, chose us to deploy a Team building street art.

Our street artists Scarred and J. Luks, both from the background of Graffiti in Paris and recognised by their peers, went on March 21st to the 11thth capital district for to introduce these recent colleagues to the art of spray can graffiti.

This animation that encourages creativity and initiative, and reveals everyone's strengths is one of the most effective ways to Get colleagues to work together on an activity Fun and quirky team building. Then they all get to know each other and collaborate in such a jovial and entertaining atmosphere.

The procedure is as follows. First, our artists brief the thirty participants on The basics of spray painting (Achieving a fine line, enhancement, and gradient). When teammates finally know what to expect, smocks as well as ecological and odourless spray paints are entrusted to them so that they are practised on a stretched cellophane support.

When they felt capable enough to bring out the best in them, the assembly was divided into six groups of five individuals. Their mission was to write the words « SAY YES », at a rate of one letter per team and per canvas.
