To strengthen the solidarity and team cohesion of their employees, the prestigious House Van Cleef & Arpels, specialising in luxury watch parts, decided to approach the creative event agency Street Designers to deploy a Team building Collaborative mural.

It is at the prestigious Hôtel du Jeu de Paume in Chantilly, which was rented by the brand for the occasion, that the graffiti artists Scarred and J. Luks, from the graffiti scene in Paris and members of the artistic team Street Designers, travelled on 17 March to An activity aimed at building connections and communication among team members.

The two street artists have thus decided to have the participants create a puzzle mural. This animation is based on a mechanism through which the sixty-five collaborators are obliged to communicate with each other for the successful completion of this collaborative team building.

Indeed, the entire work depends on the twelve fragments to be conceived where Each graphic element and colour is related to the neighbouring canvases.. Des blind spots (free expression spaces) were also to be integrated to allow teammates to imagine the rest of the fresco in these places.

Visually, to illustrate the company's core business, it was agreed to Represent a watch with a magical, fairy-tale, and floral universe, inspired by the watchmaking models in their catalogue.. The artists then ingeniously incorporated the butterfly, which is present in several places on the website.

With a stunning final result, the client was particularly proud of this extraordinary day which to bring colleagues together for an artistic task to be done hand in hand.

If you also wish to have items personalised by artists for a marketing campaign or an event evening, to call upon a street artist for a live street art show, to build a DIY table football, to introduce your teams to graffiti, Pop Art, plant graffiti or collaborative fresco during a corporate seminar, or to equip yourselves with a mural that reflects your values, there's only one thing to do.
