Street Designers X Bastia Regional Institute of Administration: Pop Art Team Building
To form a real Team cohesion, the training school Regional Institute of Administration of Bastia requested that we deploy a Team building Pop Art for 160 pupils.
The guideline was to bring eighty of them, who met eighty others, to create a unifying emulation and to work together around the values of the IRA. For this, on April 25th, our street artist Scarred, accompanied by coach cohesion Valentine and Iris, travelled to Corsica to lead this team building event specifically designed to strengthen team spirit around common values.

The procedure is as follows. First of all, The participants receive a fun, brief course on the artistic career of this American artist, pillar of the movement Pop Art. Once briefed, They are asked to think together about the prevailing principles defended by the IRA..
Divided into sub-groups, They then have the task, accompanied by the artist coach, of representing these values symbolically, in the style of Keith Haring. Our workshop and coaching sessions have helped them to realise, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, twenty-four paintings representing Quality of Work Life.
