Street Designers X Saforelle: Raising awareness of environmental responsibility through a Recycl’Art team-building activity
As part of a professional meeting, Saforelle, a specialist in hygiene and intimate care solutions for women, has decided to entrust the event agency Metaphor who manages dedicated spaces for this type of meeting, the choice of an activity for their teams for this event. According to the criteria that were laid down, notably the desire to raise awareness among team members about environmental issues, Métafore then mandated the artistic production company Street Designers in order to deploy a Team Building Recycl'Art.
It is to the talented coach-artist Jérémy Luks, a member of the Street Designers street art collective, was tasked with running the workshop for twenty-four participants in Paris. For this workshop, which focused on Recycling and of Reuse, The colleagues were first divided into two groups. Once briefed on how the activity would proceed, they were asked to collectively consider the values that form their employer's DNA.
Once the groundwork was cleared, what emerged from the brainstorming session was sketched out on an A4 sheet, before cheerfully getting down to the task of creating a work conceived from recycled materials such as cardboard, fabric, corks or aluminium bottle caps, as well as paper and leather.
During this activity, participants were encouraged to make joint decisions, and then to to help each other in order to coordinate the collective completion of tasks to be accomplished. They were then able to bring their creation back to decorate their company's premises.
