Team building graffiti for L'Oréal employees

L'Oréal's Saint-Ouen branch, a well-known industrial cosmetics brand, wanted to offer a reward that was as original as it was unexpected for some of its teams. They therefore contacted the Nouveaux Bosseurs agency, who, based on their description, spontaneously recommended us for this type of activity. To introduce their sixty-five employees to the practice of street art, we suggested organising a graffiti team-building event.

The Saint-Ouen branch of the famous industrial cosmetics brand L'Oréal wished to offer an activity as original as it is unexpected to reward some of its teams. It then contacted the agency New Workers who, following his description, recommended it to us spontaneously for this type of activity. To introduce their sixty-five employees to street art, we suggested deploying a Team building street art.

Satisfied with this proposal, we then recommended they arrange to meet us on the Esplanade des Invalides, in the heart of the capital, An idyllic location for running this outdoor street art workshop. These are our street artists Jet and Luxury, both recognised graffiti artists in the Parisian urban art scene, who were responsible for leading this introductory team-building event.

After briefly briefing the participants on how the two-hour activity would unfold, they were then split into two groups. First the basics of eco-friendly spray painting such as layering, blending and creating a fine line they are explained. Then, blouses are lent to them so they can practise on temporary walls of stretched cellophane.

Once confident in their actions, in their artistic skills, and in their strengths, they were asked to will clash in battles in four groups. This part of the animation is always marked by an atmosphere of cheerful camaraderie which allows for the weaving and strengthening of bonds between colleagues.

To conclude this initiation, they were tasked with to achieve this by helping each other the words «Will Trust» on nine canvases that they later recovered.
