Scred x Dassault Systèmes: Awakening employees' artistic flair in an original workshop
As part of its team seminar held in a room at the Best Western hotel in Velizy, which was privately booked for the occasion, the Company Dassault Systèmes, creator of virtual universes for businesses and individuals and designer of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, wished to call on the agency Ideal Meeting & Events for a unique event. The events agency immediately decided to commission the creative production company Street Designers to organise a Team-building street art For the employees of the digital innovation company.
He's the talented street artist Scarred, affiliated with the artist coaching team of Street Designers, who was responsible for leading this fun and enriching workshop on various levels. To begin, he briefed the fifteen participants present on the tasks they would have to perform and on the basics of spray painting (creating a fine line, gradient, relief effect, etc.). The employees then, armed with Protective blouses and of spray paint and odourless art supplies they were provided with, could be practised on ephemeral supports of stretched cellophane, made available to them.
After having trained sufficiently so as to reveal their strengths as well as develop their initiative, The colleagues were divided into sub-groups to compete in a «battle» exercise that was as comical as it was motivating.
To finish, it's a collaborative achievement that they had to accomplish through a common work. It's the word « Team »fragmented into a letter-by-letter table, which they set about designing. Once the work was completed, it was with pride that they were able to bring it back to their premises so as never to forget the memory of this extraordinary day.
