Team building graffiti and live painting for La Poste

La Poste contacted us via the Venise Événement agency for a major project. They wanted us to set up a creative workshop for no fewer than 900 of their employees over three dates. For this, we had to aim high. We therefore conceived a hybrid concept combining participative Live painting, supported by the prior creation of a model, and graffiti team building.

Street Designers X La Poste: a graffiti team-building session combined with participatory live painting

Royal Mail got in touch via Venice Event Agency for A large-scale project. She wanted us to set up a creative workshop for no fewer than 900 of its employees on three dates. To do this, we had to set the bar high. We therefore imagined a hybrid concept between the Participatory live painting, accompanied by the creation of a mock-up beforehand, and the Team building street art.

We have gathered a large part of our team of artistic coaches, all renowned for their talent on the Parisian graffiti scene, for this performance. Check, Jérémy Luks, Berns, Dack, Jet and Scarred went to great lengths to bring this to life Hybrid workshop which had for theme: «Super Experts / Super Heroes». The objective was to illustrate members of the Post Office in superhero costumes and with superpowers.

We then mocked up four canvases each representing a company pole, illustrated by its values and superpowers, to give the client a clear idea of what we were going to achieve. Thus, the different areas on which we worked jointly were: «Very open» to symbolise the staff's welcome to customers and their desire for them to wait in the best possible conditions during the operation; ; «Very caring» for the feeling considered; ; «Super committed» which means the client is in good hands; and «Super useful» to illustrate the serenity felt when faced with the professionalism of the employees.

For each of the three performances that were held at Royal Pavilion of the 16th Centuryth capital district, our street artists started by preparation of the fresco and masking areas with tape to facilitate the application of paint by spray for participants. This participatory fresco was then created by a rotation system of 75 people every 30 minutes over an afternoon. Once completed, these works, which are not short on humour, were distributed across three sites in France.
