Imagine your teams gathered around a collaborative green wall, transforming a simple workshop into a truly collective experience. The plant mural is more than just a team-building activity: it's a creative project that unites your employees, stimulates their creativity and allows them to create a lasting work together from moss, lichen, and stabilised plants. No maintenance needed, just natural colours that will grace your premises for a long time. Each participant finds their role: some draw, others cut, all contributing to a collaborative creation that becomes the living symbol of your CSR values. The rewards are a unique memento, an eco-responsible decoration, and above all, a strengthened bond between your employees. A turnkey activity that combines nature, design, and cohesion.
The artists at Street Designers create activities that combine creativity, team spirit and respect for the environment. Made from stabilised plant-based foam and homemade natural glue, this collaborative mural draws inspiration from your values or visual identity to produce original, decorative and sustainable works of art.
What is a plant mural in a company?
Green graffiti, also called Green tag, It captures the spirit of street art but replaces spray paint with natural moss. Unlike a living plant, this stabilised moss retains its colours and texture without maintenance. Glued to wood or a wall surface, it becomes the main material for an eco-responsible artwork that can represent a logo, a powerful word, or a symbolic image.
This simple, accessible process appeals with its originality and the ecological message it conveys. Created collectively, the plant-based mural reflects both your teams' creativity and your company's commitment to ecological transition.
How does a living mural animation take place?
The workshop begins with an introduction to the materials and techniques. Participants learn about plant-based foam, the process used to stabilise it, and the eco-friendly glue that we make by hand. This introduction helps them understand that they are about to create a 100% natural piece of work.
Each group brainstorms and illustrates values such as cohesion or innovation, or represents a specific theme like ecological transition. The collaborators then work in teams, cutting the foam and fixing it to their wooden support using natural glue. Some draw, others cut or adjust details: everyone finds their place and contributes to the collective success.
As the exchanges progress, the pieces fit together and each work takes shape.
At the end of the workshop, each team shares its creation and explains its artistic approach.
It can then be displayed in your premises as a symbol of creativity and unity.
Why choose a plant mural team building?
Beyond its playful aspect, this activity develops essential business skills. Participants must communicate, listen to each other, and coordinate to achieve a coherent creation. Even the most reserved find a role: choosing colours, adjusting a cut, or ensuring the whole remains harmonious. The activity fosters cooperation and values everyone's contribution.
The preserved moss mural also acts as a tool for raising awareness. Working with natural materials serves as a reminder of the importance of environmental preservation and allows you to convey your ecological commitments in a tangible way. Finally, it leaves a lasting impression: an eco-responsible decoration that enhances your spaces and reminds your colleagues every day of the joy of creating together.
Where to organise your ecological fresco team building?
Our artists create living green walls in businesses across France. In Paris, we work in offices near La Défense as well as in event spaces in the 15th arrondissement. In Lyon, we support corporate seminars in the Rhône-Alpes region. We also travel to Brest, Lille, Rennes, and many other cities.
The workshop can be held either indoors or outdoors. It adapts to your location constraints and the number of participants, whether it’s for a seminar, a team-building day, or a corporate event.
What is the price of a plant mural?
The cost of a plant graffiti team building event varies depending on the group size, the event location, and the amount of materials needed. To give you a general idea, expect to budget between €2,000 and €5,000 for a complete service including facilitation by our artists and all necessary materials.
