Street Designers X Novel Conseil: Pop Art Team Building
As autumn begins, the start-up Novel Advice, a specialist in digital transformation, decided to dedicate a day for its staff to activities centred around the theme of contemporary art. To combine theory with practice, it seemed obvious to call upon Street Designers, France’s leading arts events organiser.
As part of this unusual day for the thirty employees of the IT company, an outing was first organised to the Beaubourg Museum in Paris. Once the exhibition was over, an appointment was scheduled with the artist coach Jérémy, a specialist in urban and contemporary art, who had prepared them a Unusual activity that is as fun and stimulating as it is amusing.
First of all, Jérémy briefed the group on how the Team building Pop Art which he was going to participate in. He then presented this disruptive artistic movement and, in particular, the figure of the New York artist Keith Haring At the assembled meeting, before asking them to reflect on the values their brand champions, then dividing the participants into three teams of ten people. Benevolence, diversity, and openness emerged from this collective reflection.
Each group then had the objective of To depict, in two hours, in the style of the American artist, two values identified from the brainstorming session on the two canvases to be produced. Once the six paintings were completed, each team had the task of presenting their works one after another, in which the qualities of their company were symbolically illustrated.
