Future challenges illustrated in recycled materials for L'Oréal

Following a graffiti team-building event with the L'Oréal colleagues working in Saint-Ouen, it is this time with a smaller team from the famous cosmetics brand that we find ourselves. With a view to finding an ecological event animation where environmental issues would be central, the brand contacted Metafore, designer of inspiring and sustainable living spaces for organising meetings, seminars and events.

After a Team building street art with the teammates of L'Oréal who work at Saint-Ouen, this time with a smaller team from the famous cosmetics brand that we are meeting. With a view to finding a Ecological event animation where the environmental subject would be central, the brand contacted Metaphor, inspired and sustainable living space designers, where meetings, seminars, and events can be held. They then naturally asked us to deploy our Team Building Recycl'Art.

Indeed, this original activity which consists of Create a work from salvaged and recycled materialsskillfully allows raise awareness of sustainability issues in a fun waySustainability In English.

He then worked with this small group on three themes that are not as futuristic as they might seem. These are the concepts of Sustainability, of Metaverse and Artificial intelligence (AI) who found themselves at the centre of this creative workshop. The aim being to get the participants, divided into two groups, to each create a table, created from recycled materials and express the themes evoked within the fresco.

The artistic process is as follows. First, once the artist coach has explained the objective of the activity to the brand collaborators, they were asked to to collectively reflect on the work they were going to design and then select the materials and objects that would compose it.

Once all these aspects are firmly in place, participants can then begin to make these eco-relief paintings.

When the works are completed, the animation concludes with a presentation to the opposing team during which the ideas that emerged from the workshop are highlighted.
