As part of an induction day for recently recruited employees at IBERDROLA, France's leading wind energy producer and a major player in renewable energies, the marketing and events agency Barth & Peers asked us for a artistic coaching focused on Team building street art.

It is at Chateauform’ de Montvillargenne our street artists who have performed Jérémy Luks, Arthur Hoffmann and Jet, all three recognised graffiti artists in the Parisian urban art scene, in order to liven up this Street art workshop with around eighty participants.

First, the assembly was divided into three groups, each to their own art coach, so that learning the basics of spray painting (creating a thin line, gradient, relief effect) is integrated more easily. The collaborators were then able to practice, equipped with blouses, on ephemeral canvases of stretched cellophane before clashing in «battles,», a fun and friendly competition that frequently builds camaraderie between colleagues.

At the end of this mini-competition, they were asked to carry out seven paintings of which the series forms the words« Sea » and « Wind » one letter per canvas, as well as two others on which they could let their imagination run wild. This activity allows To unite teams that coordinate for the completion of a common task but also to let them gain confidence in their abilities which they then naturally implement to best overcome these unusual challenges.

If you also wish to have items personalised by artists for a marketing campaign or an event evening, to call upon a street artist for a live street art show, to build a DIY table football, to introduce your teams to graffiti, Pop Art, plant graffiti or collaborative fresco during a corporate seminar, or to equip yourselves with a mural that reflects your values, there's only one thing to do.
