Bouygues Bâtiment creates three participatory works

As part of an event organised by the renowned construction firm Bouygues Construction, the BC2M agency decided to commission the arts production company Street Designers to organise an interactive live painting session for the group’s teams.

Street Designers X Bouygues Bâtiment: Live painting for employees of the construction group

As part of an evening for the renowned civil engineering company Bouygues Construction, the agency BC2M decided to approach the artistic production house Street Designers for an animation of Live participative painting for the group's teams.

It is March 29th at L'Espace Carpeaux, Courbevoie that this unusual event took place which brought together no less than 450 guests. The objective discussed with the brand beforehand was to propose three mock-ups drawn by street artists. Scarred, J. Luks and Check, all three from the world of Graffiti in Paris. These canvases would represent the company's values and would then painted by the employees during the evening.

The theme of these collaborative frescoes was focused on « Public building and industry »The three graffiti artists from the team Street Designers They then decided to represent, through pictorial allegories, industry, cultural and educational buildings such as a school and a conservatory, as well as a hospital building and transport infrastructure.

More precisely, the artist J. Luks set about using the Hard hat as the main element of the work that the participants then had to paint with a perforated painting grid to use a tool related to the construction sector, but also to provide a framework of points, as it used to Roy Lichtenstein.

For its part, Check focused his model on The crane as a representation of the sector. He also made sure to include A construction worker given the considerable proportion of women in the profession today. His canvas also includes other symbolic elements such as a train and a plane to illustrate transport, a hospital for health and a music conservatory for culture.

As for Scarred, it's on the letters of Bouygues that he wished to play. Against a grey-blue background that is not without evoking The urban dimension, the letter B symbolises a road, topped with the tricolour flag and an aeroplane. The O is drawn in the style of Company logo, the U represents a pencil like Allegory of school and education, the Y twists in the manner of piping. Within G, a metro passes as if under a tunnel and the letter E is realised as a hospital building. The musical letters, for their part, refer to cultural buildings.
